SmokeInDaEye.com bringing the outdoor cooking inside, taking the Butterball electric indoor turkey fryer for a spin. After brining the turkey overnight in a salt, sugar and fresh herb bath, the turkey was rinsed then fan dried for an hour to remove excess moisture from the skin, resulting in less splash and crisper skin. The turkey was then fried in peanut oil at approximately 325 degrees for about 3 to 3.5 minutes per pound. Once complete, remove and serve immediately!
